We are seeking a dynamic Paid Advertising Strategist to join our Demand Services team. As we drive effective, innovative, and cohesive inbound strategies, you’ll work closely with innovative individuals to focus on driving traffic for clients. The Day-to-Day
- As a paid advertising subject matter expert, you’ll directly partner with the main POC at the various B2B companies within your portfolio to maximize ROI, and increase leads and revenue pipeline.
- Through partnering with your clients, you’ll drive strategy and be responsible for performance and optimizations related to paid social, search, display, and video strategies.
- Depending on client strategy, build and optimize campaigns using ABM platforms such as 6sense and RollWorks.
- Proactively monitor performance, adjust bids and budgets, and test/iterate to generate leads and results.
- Develop performance reports to track and analyze website analytics and paid advertising campaigns’ effectiveness.
- Track campaign expenses and client cross-channel budgets to ensure proper spend levels daily and monthly.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content using inbound methodologies to increase leads and revenue pipeline.
Within 30 Days You Will
- Get to know your team and the broader Services team members.
- Efficiently onboard and get up to speed on New Breed processes, deliverables, and planning templates.
- Dig into our tech stack and get established with our platforms and applications.
- Start developing and optimizing strategies for your client portfolio.
Within 60 Days You Will
- Be up and running with a full client portfolio.
- Lead paid advertising-focused client calls to review campaign strategy, performance, and recommendations.
- Support clients directly on:
- Developing a lead gen-focused, cross-channel digital advertising campaign strategy
- Executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
- Proficiently leveraging New Breed reporting and analytics platforms
- Independently project manage paid advertising-focused client engagements
Within 1 Year You Will
- Work with your manager to identify and develop new continued learning and training opportunities.
- Improve process inefficiencies to improve the client journey and internal productivity.
- Actively contribute to New Breed’s blog highlighting thought leadership in paid advertising.
Who You Are
- You have experience in PPC/digital advertising, encompassing experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, ABM, and Programmatic Advertising.
- You can demonstrate experience in paid search platform strategy (Google Search, Microsoft Search) and paid social platform strategy (Meta and LinkedIn, Reddit is a plus!)
- You’re proficient in measuring paid advertising performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager (Databox and HubSpot are a plus!)
- You possess strong knowledge of other lead generation and nurture tactics, including but not limited to, organic social media, email marketing, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- You’re goal-focused with a commitment to achieving measurable targets and motivated to exceed performance expectations.
Where You’ll Work
You'll work fully remotely from one of these states: Connecticut, Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Vermont locals are welcome to work from our state-of-the-art campus on the shores of Lake Champlain.
