Title: Account Manager, Paid Social
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 (based heavily on demonstrated skills)
Location: Remote within the U.S. (occasional travel for team gatherings and potential client meetings)
About the role
As a Paid Social Manager, you will work under the Director of Paid Accounts to drive growth for a diverse client portfolio. You will manage all Paid Social client accounts, provide insights to the cross-functional team, and offer ideas for conversion rate optimization (CRO). The role involves developing and executing paid social strategies, managing campaigns across platforms like Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Discovery, YouTube, and Display/Programmatic (TradeDesk experience is a plus). Direct client interaction via video calls, phone, email, and other communication platforms is required. Ideal candidates are self-starters, excel in remote work, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and have extensive marketing experience in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
