Our CPG client, a highly recognizable global brand, is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to join their growing team.
This is a hybrid opportunity that will require 1-2 days/ week onsite Metro West of Boston, but with flexibility!
In this role you will be responsible for defining and owning the paid media strategy for North America across PPC (Search, Shopping, Display/Programmatic & YouTube) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok etc.)
You will oversee a team of four (two direct reports) and will execute best-in-class campaigns within the paid media space. You will be accountable for key paid media performance metrics with a strong with a focus on revenue and ROAS. You must ensure that your team takes a data-driven approach and continuously explore opportunities to automate, activate & optimize efficiency and ROAS across paid media channels.
The IDEAL candidate will have:
- 6+ years of demonstrable hands-on experience across PPC and Paid Social (Google & Facebook essential)
- 2-3+ years experience in managing and developing a successful team
- Proven experience owning budgets exceeding $1M/ month
- Retail / eCommerce industry experience
- Strong analytical, strategic and mathematical skills, along with meticulous attention to detail
