Position Summary
As Senior Analyst, Paid Media, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the effectiveness of our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google, Meta, Bing, Amazon and more. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze ad account data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. By leveraging your analytical skills and deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, you will guide decision-making processes to ensure optimal allocation of ad spend and drive measurable business results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly, in-depth analysis of ad performance across platforms including Google, Bing, Meta, Amazon, eBay and Walmart.
- Deliver data-driven insights and strategies that maximize ROI and drive business growth.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Identify trends and anomalies in campaign data to inform optimization strategies.
- Develop and implement advanced attribution models to accurately measure the impact of different marketing touchpoints on customer journeys.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan, manage and allocate seven-figure paid media budget.
- Closely monitor budget pacing.
- Act as the daily point of contact between Titan and our paid media agency partners while ensuring strategic alignment.
- Deeply understand the strategy and tactics being deployed by our agency partners while being able to ask critical questions.
- Work cross-functionally to plan and execute product launches, sales, and other promotional initiatives through paid media.
- Manage paid advertising calendar to ensure agency partners have the assets they need for success.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld across all paid media touchpoints.
- Prepare executive level updates and report weekly on the performance of paid media channels including drivers of change and future outlook.
- Stay on the cutting-edge of paid media strategy and best practices by reading blogs, attending webinars, and otherwise consuming all relevant educational content.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Deep understanding of E-commerce business mechanics
- Strong data analysis ability through tools like Google Analytics (Domo, Tableau or other BI tool experience strongly preferred)
- Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar field or relevant work experience
- 2+ years' experience at a retail-focused brand or agency
