Our mission is to build the earth's most customer-centric ad-supported premium free video service and make it trivially easy for hundreds of millions of customers to enjoy. We have learned that customers love IMDb TV so we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can build on our early success, and help us make a best in class customer experience across our apps and devices.
We are seeking a talented Sr. Manager, Paid Media to lead the paid media team and strategy across all channels with a focus on our Originals slate. You will be a key contributor to the overall IMDb TV marketing strategy owning channel level objectives to maximize and optimize our marketing and media investments to drive brand equity, engagement and customer acquisition. You will partner with Launch Marketing, Social and Creative teams as well as Measurement teams.
You should have a passion to dive deep, have strong project management skills, a high level of customer focus, and a track record to push the boundaries on entertainment marketing. You are a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and energizing environment.
You will drive goal-setting, strategic development, execution, and optimization with the north-star goal of extending the reach of IMDb TV brand and its Originals
Key job responsibilities
- Build and manage a team of media managers and to launch paid media campaigns across various channels in support of IMDb TV Originals and service.
- Develop strong working relationship with media partners, driving towards innovative solutions to meet the wider marketing team's needs
- Provide comprehensive analysis of performance marketing campaigns and experiments, and make actionable recommendations in digestible form to senior leadership
- Develop hypotheses that will positively impact the business and design experiments to validate them
- Coordinate with marketers to drive execution of marketing experiments and campaign / channel holdouts
- Partner with scientists and engineers to develop and implement forecasting and targeting models
- Evaluate, engage and manage external partners/vendors
