"As a Paid Media Director, you'll join our dynamic team of cross-channel digital strategists and subject matter experts, collaborating to achieve best-in-class results.

Top 3 Must-Haves:

  • 8+ years of experience: We're seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.
  • Marketing agency experience: Familiarity with agency workflows and processes is crucial to seamlessly integrate into our team.
  • Multi-channel paid media experience: Previous hands-on experience with paid social and programmatic advertising across major channels is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Oversee the planning, implementation, and performance of a portfolio of paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of paid media strategists and analysts, providing guidance and support to drive results.
  • Client Collaboration: Understand client goals and translate them into effective digital advertising strategies, communicating plans and progress effectively.
  • Campaign Measurement: Define KPIs, develop measurement strategies, and oversee the reporting of campaign performance, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Technology Implementation: Define the advertising technology stack and tools required to support campaign execution, staying updated with emerging technologies and trends.
  • Training and Mentorship: Oversee, train, and mentor junior digital paid media staff, fostering growth and development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience: Proven track record of planning and running successful paid media campaigns.
  • Media Buying Expertise: Deep understanding of media buying across programmatic, social, search, and other digital channels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel for campaign analysis and optimization.
  • Programmatic Experience: Expertise in setting up and running programmatic media in DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools would be advantageous."
