Summary of Position: We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Paid Media Strategist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Paid Media advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels
- Conduct keyword research and ad copy development to support campaign objectives
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative campaign strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media
- Support the Paid Media Director in day-to-day campaign management tasks
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media
- Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Compensation:
60,000 - 75,000 based on experience
