"As a Paid Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for technical & strategic implementation of PPC (Social, Google, and Microsoft), driving exceptional performance and results across our brand. You will manage a subset of our franchises across North Carolina and Virginia and work on building and owning this strategy. This role requires a strong analytical and data focused mindset and the drive to challenge the status quo. You will have exposure and experience to leading some of our Digital Marketing strategies that also includes online merchandising, budget management, and vendor management. This position will include growth into identifying new online platforms to engage with and building strong PPC strategies.

This role works on-site in the corporate office (500 W 5th, Winston-Salem) alongside the rest of the Flow Marketing team.

Acceptance of these responsibilities and compensation also incurs the responsibility of providing four weeks of notice in the event of departure from the role as well as adherence to the non-competition agreement.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties of the Role

  • Own and manage a subset of our Franchises digital marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal partners (E-Commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, IT, etc.) and external vendors to develop, execute and analyze successful omni-channel strategies and campaigns
  • Logistical ‘hands-on’ management of the in-house and agency-run PPC digital marketing programs for New Cars, Used Cars, Service and Parts (SEM, Display, Social, YouTube, Video, etc.)
  • Execution of paid YouTube campaigns and in-house run SEM campaigns
  • Ensure accurate implementation of purchase orders and strategic directions from Digital Marketing Director to 3rd party vendors
  • Drive reporting and analytics measuring the performance of digital marketing content. Ensure sale goals are met, identify key opportunities, and recommend improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Contribute to monthly assessment and recommendation reports by Digital Marketing Director

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Digital Marketing Experience
  • 3+ years managing Google, Meta, and other Programmatic Advertising
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Vendor Management Experience (Preferred)
