"The Paid Media and Social team at TIAA is a nimble group the oversees a dynamic digital communication strategy focused on strengthening TIAA’s brand and supporting our business groups.

As we expand our team, we are looking for a Paid Media Director with an entrepreneurial spirit that will lead day-to-day media strategies, executing and reporting. Reporting into the Head of Paid Media, you will lead and execute multi-channel digital campaign and partner closely with marketing, analytics and agency partners. With your knowledge of the evolving media space, you will keep internal leadership, media and marketing leaders updated on campaign progress and success. You will also engage and influence stakeholders across the organization with respect to media and media outcomes.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Developing and executing innovating strategies for TIAA’s digital marketing campaign.
  • Align with analytics and agency partners to track, measure and optimize paid and social campaigns, with the goal of driving positive business results.
  • Drive innovation across digital channels to elevate the TIAA brand among the core brand participants.
  • Partner closely with campaign leads to delivery on project goals.
  • Works to support the development and implementation of digital marketing efforts to build and sustain presence in digital channels and to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and transformation.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, specifically with budget tracking and reporting.

5+ years experience working with a Media Agency or in-house client-side media Center of Excellence

PREFERRED

  • 7+ years of experience working with a Media Agency or in-house client-side media Center of Excellence
  • Relevant experience in the fundamentals of media planning, digital reporting, budget management, flowcharting and forecasting
  • Experience with the latest media tactics across the paid media ecosystem
  • A people person with an ability to build strong relationships with colleagues to succeed in cross-functional teams
  • A can-do attitude with a one-team mindset

Anticipated Posting End Date: 2024-05-07

Base Pay Range: $115,000/yr. - $160,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
