Paid Search Specialist

The Paid Search Specialist is a role primarily responsible for monitoring, managing, reporting, and supporting planning for paid search programs. This position should have an understanding of the program strategy and objectives to ensure a flawless execution and reporting approach that aligns with campaign goals and objectives. This position accurately executes programs while closely monitoring campaigns and delivering reporting that aligns with and accomplishes our client’s goals and objectives. Ad Operations is not a part of this role, and candidates with only AdOps experience (even if it included Search) do not meet our criteria.

Expectations:

A MUST:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience independently executing paid search programs through all stages
  • Experience in running campaigns for highly regulated industry
  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing mechanisms and optimization techniques
  • Experience with US market
  • Fluent English – written and oral
  • Understanding of metrics and analytical thinking
  • Strong attention to details
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Excel

Nice to have, not a strict requirement:

  • Working knowledge and experience using Tableau
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare category

Note: We are only interested in candidates with ~10 years of experience INDEPENDENTLY running paid search programs (owning monitoring, reporting, budget pacing and reconciliation, optimization, creating Keyword and Copy Recommendations, and support planning). They must be comfortable analyzing and interpreting data.
