The Sr. Paid Media Strategist position plays a key role in the team that develops client relationships, marketing strategies, as well as implements and manages digital campaigns for clients. Our strategist positions are immersed in every aspect of our client’s campaigns, and once trained, provide the opportunity to lead client campaigns while receiving ongoing mentorship from senior associates.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:
- Conceptualize, develop, implement, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple ad channels, including Google Search, Microsoft Search, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Connected TV, Reddit and Programmatic Display
- Support senior team members with daily client communication, including discussing performance, interpreting campaign results, developing strategies, and gathering information
- Evaluate opportunities to administer AI-assisted strategies and tools to improve campaign performance and gain operational efficiencies
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for audience targeting, ad positioning, campaign structuring, customer journeys, and other facets of paid digital in accordance with client goals
- Analyze and evaluate performance metrics of accounts across multiple ad platforms
- Support custom journey performance by developing, managing, and testing creative copy and images for campaign web pages
- Generate new campaigns and aid in the development of new digital marketing initiatives
- Administer and analyze web analytics (GA4 and Google Tag Manager), reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
- Keep pace with digital and search marketing industry trends and developments
- Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
Professional Skills Desired:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience directly managing digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Experience developing unique digital strategies, including targeting and positioning
- Excellent client service delivery, business development, analytical, and presentation skills
- Strong program management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both proactive and reactive
- Agency experience a plus
