We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organic Social Media Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an integral part of our agency, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing content calendars, selecting creative elements, and providing insightful reports on social media performance. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals with a passion for social media and a keen eye for engaging content.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Calendar Management:
- Develop and execute organic social media content strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Create and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts across various platforms.
- Identify key themes, trends, and topics to incorporate into content planning.
Content Creation:
- Write engaging and high-quality copy for social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and messaging relevance.
- Select appropriate visuals, including images, graphics, and videos, to accompany written content.
- Adapt content style and tone to suit different audiences and platforms.
Creative Selection:
- Curate and source creative assets, including images, videos, GIFs, and other multimedia elements.
- Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop captivating visuals and multimedia content.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and maximize social media ROI.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in organic social media management.
- Demonstrable track record of creating engaging content and managing successful social media campaigns.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including social media scheduling tools, image editing software, etc.
- Strong analytical abilities, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Creativity:
- Innovative and creative mindset, with the ability to develop fresh and compelling content ideas.
- Aesthetic sense and ability to select visually appealing creative elements for social media posts.
Self-Motivation:
- Proactive and self-directed approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
Nice to have:
- Industry experience in: Healthcare, or B2B
