We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Media Director to lead our paid media efforts and drive the success of our clients’ campaigns. As a Senior Paid Media Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative and effective paid media strategies aligned with clients’ business goals.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns, including planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, communicate strategy, and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
  • Analytical Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous performance enhancements.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms to recommend and implement innovative strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams such as influencer campaign managers, data team, and senior leadership to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.

  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant platforms is desirable.
