Senior Paid Media Director | The Influencer Marketing Factory | Worldwide
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Media Director to lead our paid media efforts and drive the success of our clients’ campaigns. As a Senior Paid Media Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative and effective paid media strategies aligned with clients’ business goals.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns, including planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, communicate strategy, and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
- Analytical Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous performance enhancements.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure optimal use of resources.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms to recommend and implement innovative strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams such as influencer campaign managers, data team, and senior leadership to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
