Exciting Opportunity for a Paid Media Manager in South Florida!

Join the dynamic team of an industry-leading Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) beauty tool and skincare company! We're looking for a talented Paid Media Manager to contribute to our growth in the vibrant South Florida office.

Paid Media Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, paid search, and shopping channels.
  • Develop, optimize, test, and report on various campaigns, including paid search, meta, YouTube, display, native, direct mail, affiliate, and CTV.
  • Explore and innovate with both existing and new channels we encourage fresh and creative ideas!
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative, education, retention, and customer experience, providing insights on high-performing ads.
  • Incrementally optimize campaigns by formulating hypotheses and conducting tests.
  • Willingness to relocate to South Florida and work on-site.
  • Proven track record in executing performance testing and promotional campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Editor, Google Ads, and Facebook / Meta.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting on key KPIs, including CPS, CPL, CAC, LTV, ROAS, Repeat Rate, etc.
  • Experience managing budgets of at least $500k per month in performance-focused paid media.
  • Ability to conduct clean multivariate creative, audience, and landing page tests.
  • Adaptability in a changing environment, being both reactive and organized.
