About the job
We’re looking for a digital savvy, relationship building Account Executive – a switched-on, mature and energetic Sales Professional who can walk the walk as well as talk the talk.
We need an outbound-focused hunter who thrives when given a rock-solid product with market fit, and is genuinely pumped about generating huge ROI for their clients.
You will have a great understanding of small to medium businesses, their needs and challenges, as well as how to relate to them. Agency experience is a MUST, as we need someone who knows how to build a solid pipeline, and can sell in a realistic digital strategy.
You know how to pitch, build relationships, and most importantly – close deals.
You’re not someone who sells products but creates solutions to problems. Quotas are just a number and your drive to be successful means you meet them second to meeting your own financial goals.
You’re comfortable interacting with all personalities, know how to think under pressure, and can upsell, cross-sell, and every-side-sell like a pro.
What’s in it for you?
A generous base ($80k-$100k) plus uncapped commission. In year 1, providing you hit your quota, you can expect to generate an extra 40%+ on top of your base. Smash quota, you can up that % substantially.
As you build your book, by year 2 that commission will be an extra 100% on top of your base.
But that's for an "on-track" performer. ie. 100% of quota.
The successful account executive reading this isn't satisfied at 100% of quota. They've consistently smashed much higher numbers than that for years.

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling and exceeding quota
- Experience in sales, both face-to-face (video and in person) and on the phone
- Applause-worthy communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent planning, organization and computer skills
- High energy individual that understands prospecting is an everyday activity
- Ability to whip-up professional client proposals and tenders
- Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to develop new sales strategies
- Previous SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise and C-Level customer engagement
- Exceptional at chasing new opportunities
- Great intuition and attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Confident negotiation skills
- Thrives under pressure
- Are not too proud to ask for help when you need it.
