Growth Marketing Manager - Paid Search

Tumble is a DTC brand that’s revolutionizing the home furnishings industry with our line of machine washable & spillproof rugs. Since our launch in 2021, we’ve quickly reached 8 figures in revenue and are continuing to grow quickly. To help support our growth, we’re looking for a Paid Search Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to get in at the early stages and work closely with our Director of Growth and Co-CEO. This dynamic role requires someone with experience in Google Ads media buying, and an understanding of how Google fits in various touch points throughout the customer journey. You will play a key role in helping us shape and deliver on our growth strategy. The Growth Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing other areas of marketing, including SEO, influencer outreach & management, and creative asset management. Responsibilities:
• Primary focus on Google Ads media buying
• Analyze campaign performance & utilize data analytics to optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Manage SEO with the help of agency partners
• Manage influencer program through direct outreach & oversight of UGC
• Collaborate with Paid Social team on landing page and A/B testing Qualifications:
• College degree
• 4-5 years of experience in Google Ads media buying at a DTC e-commerce brand, or an agency that services DTC brands
• Experience in driving towards profitable growth goals against CAC/ROAS/MER targets
• Experience using paid media analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Northbeam, or Triple Whale
• Willing to wear multiple hats and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for entrepreneurship and startups
• Relentless attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of SEO is a plus
