Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic Paid Media Specialist with a profound understanding of the tax industry and proven experience managing successful campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Criteo. In this role, you will conceive, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive client acquisition for our tax services and bookkeeping. This role demands a strategic thinker with robust data analysis skills and a passion for achieving measurable results.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and client acquisition within the tax industry.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Criteo campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to reach potential tax clients effectively.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in paid media technologies and strategies.

Job Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media is preferred.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the tax industry.
  • One or more years of experience in an analyst position is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Criteo.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with the willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
