The Digital Marketing department is looking for a Digital Paid Media intern to join their team in Eden Prairie, MN! As the Digital Paid Media Intern you will closely collaborate with creative, social, digital marketing and SEO teams, manage paid search campaigns across platforms like Google/Bing/Meta, analyze performance data, and develop actionable recommendations. You’ll work closely with our analytics team on coordinating reporting and insights from past campaigns and in sharing data with key stakeholders and cross functional teams. This hands-on experience will enhance your skills and provide valuable insights into the dynamic world of paid media marketing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reconciliation of publisher payments and billing
  • Communicate assignments and media campaign status with internal and external teams
  • Coordinate data that tracks the ongoing performance of our digital paid media campaigns
  • Adhere to defined department channel strategy & methodology
  • Participate in meetings with your thoughts and ideas
  • Help ensure landing pages, monitoring, and tagging are correctly implemented.
  • Analyze past performance data and industry trends to identify opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in data analysis.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and PPC advertising.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to team success

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Working towards a degree in a relevant field of study with an expected graduation date of 2024, 2025, or 2026
  • Experience: 1-year experience in a related field preferred
  • Systems: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom

Internship Program Dates: May 20 - August 9, 2024

  • Managerial Responsibilities: None
  • Travel Requirements: Local travel may be required between Cambria locations
  • Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily. Must be able to stand, bend and twist while performing service work.
