What you'll be doing:

Media Buying Work

  • Design ad creatives for campaigns run by the media buying team.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Creative to optimize creatives.
  • Complete competitor research to understand what the market is doing concerning ad designs.
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to designing ads and other ways to leverage creative to grow eCommerce brands.
  • Educate our team on the creative learnings you see in accounts.

Creative Studio Work

  • Create a database of themes and structures for ad creatives based on performance trends.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Creative and Owner and lead improvements of internal processes related to ad design.
  • Undertake ongoing training and development provided by the company to ensure skills are updated with the latest industry strategies.
  • Create visual marketing materials for Brighter Click’s marketing efforts on channels like organic social media, website, and email.

Our Non-Negotiables:

  • Strong English skills - both written and verbal
  • The ability to incorporate ad copy planning into your creative strategy
  • Full-time
  • 3-4 years of experience with ad design
  • Experience working with 6-8 figure e-commerce brands
  • Must have an eagle eye for creativity and details
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce marketing and tactics
