Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid media strategies across online and offline channels, including TV / CTV, search, social, display, and programmatic advertising
Lead data-driven optimization efforts across all paid media channels, manage growth forecasts, and collaborate with various teams for synchronized planning
Manage a team of paid media and partnerships professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals and effective agency and budget management
Required Qualifications and Education
8+ years experience in media planning, buying, execution, and measurement
5+ years of leadership experience in a marketing or growth role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Experience managing a wide range of media channels and prioritizing brand vs. demand planning
Advanced analytical abilities and proficiency in data analytics related to paid media campaigns
