A company is looking for a Paid Media Lead to oversee and drive media planning and management services for clients that run marketing campaigns supported by paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Paid Media Channel Managers and Specialists, guiding them in the planning and execution of various media channels
  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overarching campaign goals and objectives
  • Maintain oversight of workflow efficiency, productivity, and quality control across all paid media deliverables

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in executing integrated marketing and/or paid media campaigns
  • Proven track record of planning and executing media strategies for clients with multi-million-dollar annual budgets
  • Proficiency in planning, overseeing, and evaluating performance across a minimum of three of the following channels: programmatic, connected TV, digital audio, social media, search engines, or direct media partnerships
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong aptitude for collaboration and cross-functional engagement
