CategoryMarketing Number of Openings1 LocationLos Angeles Full-Time/Part-TimeFull-Time Exempt/Non-ExemptExempt Description JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for KPI digital strategies, planning, content, production, and budget for the VinFast US website, Social Media handles, all paid media efforts, and CRM. This role will also be collaborating with our Global Marketing and Development teams and manages performance of agency and other service providers. RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES: WEBSITE: Manage creative development, UX, and maintenance for vinfastauto.com. Review site assets for functionality and usability. Collaborate on localization initiatives for vinfastauto.com. Provide strategic direction for SEO and SEM. Review site metrics and usability studies. Manage model year changeovers, launches, events, and promotions. Oversee website analytics and reporting. Collaborate across disciplines for integrated campaigns. SOCIAL: Refine VinFast's strategic approach to social platforms. Implement a systematic publishing approach. Lead partnerships with UX and Customer Service. Drive traffic to VinFast's digital platforms. Develop and implement a POV on social platform tools. Leverage partner relationships to grow channels. PAID MEDIA: Develop and execute creative data-driven paid media campaigns. Plan and execute the paid media marketing calendar. Define audience segmentations and tactics. Provide recommendations and monitor performance. Develop creative paid media campaigns aligned with strategy. CRM: Monitor relationships with existing customers. Ensure an effective CRM sales funnel. Develop marketing techniques for new customers. Set retention strategies. Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns. BUDGET: Responsible for managing and tracking marketing budget. Position Requirements REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree preferred, Master's Degree a plus 5+ years of Marketing/Advertising experience 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with experience overseeing website launches, social media community management, and eCRM activities 3+ years of experience in paid media with experience overseeing paid social/ search media buys 2 years of experience within automotive industry/EV industry preferred. Agency and or/ related client-side experience is a plus Ability to manage high-paced environment working on multiple projects and agency personnel Talent to develop strategy and implementation plans for new projects/initiatives and take the lead on creative development of a campaign, while maintaining a macro strategy Diplomatic and collaborative attitude, with ability to motivate partners to meet and exceed business expectations, developing develop strong interpersonal relationships at a variety of levels; Executive, Managerial, Field Staff, and agency hierarchy of personnel Strong Project Management Skills with attention to detail; master at multi-tasking Familiarity with data manipulation/extraction/visualization.
