Overview:

Sherpa Collaborative is seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Paid Media Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with industry-agnostic clients, driving measurable results and contributing to the overall success of our clients' digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning: • Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with client objectives. • Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences and industry trends. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to set campaign goals and KPIs.

Ad Creation and Copywriting: • Develop compelling ad creatives and copywriting that resonate with target audiences. • Conduct A/B testing to refine and optimize ad performance.

Channel Management: • Oversee paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency. • Stay informed about the latest developments in paid media platforms and industry best practices.

Budget Management: • Manage client budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum impact. • Provide budget recommendations based on campaign goals and performance.

Performance Analysis and Reporting: • Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights. • Prepare detailed and insightful reports for clients, showcasing key metrics and recommendations. • Conduct A/B testing and implement learnings to continually improve campaign performance.

Client Collaboration: • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding paid media campaigns. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges. • Provide strategic recommendations and insights to drive client success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Work closely with other teams (SEO, Content, Design) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

Requirements: • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across various platforms. • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. • Experience in A/B testing and data-driven campaign optimization. • Familiarity with industry tools and platforms for campaign management and reporting.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media management. • Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications preferred. • Agency experience is a plus.
