We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist with expertise in implementing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn for 3 - 4 clients. The role involves creating and managing effective campaigns, suggesting testing strategies, budget recommendations, and actively monitoring performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to achieve defined objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance and conversion rates.
- Provide budget recommendations based on campaign objectives and performance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- In-depth knowledge of paid media best practices, including audience targeting, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to communicate via Slack with our team.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet defined deadlines.
- Google Analytics / GA4 knowledge a plus.
