Position Summary
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for driving growth through innovative marketing strategies? We are seeking a motivated Growth Leader to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing client acquisition across various marketing channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be instrumental in enhancing conversion funnels, utilizing your analytical and data-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your extensive experience to spearhead growth through creative and efficient marketing performance.
- Act as the primary client contact, offering strategic guidance on customer acquisition strategies.
- Manage all online media, including SEM, paid social, and other digital acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with client teams to implement solutions for improving conversion rates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize organic efforts across channels and drive top-line growth.
- Oversee the budgeting process for customer acquisition, providing forecasting and ROI assessments.
- Collaborate with the larger marketing and PR team to integrate media and CRM efforts.
- Maintain partnerships with external vendors and agencies for strategic media plans and analytics.
- Be the face of the client for new business pitches and account management.
- Think strategically about client goals, planning successful campaigns based on your deep understanding of the industry.
- Drive relationships forward with clients and partners, effectively communicating project status, campaign results, and business opportunities.
- Advocate and set an example for Digital + User Acquisition best practices, principles, and emerging trends within the team and cross-functional units.
- Develop a measurement and reporting plan, managing weekly and/or monthly reporting, and making strategic recommendations based on data to clients.
Prerequisites
- 5-8+ years of experience in user acquisition and paid digital media.
- Proven experience in vendor and outside agency management.
- High-level Project Management Skills With Experience Managing Direct Reports.
- Proficiency in digital acquisition channels and platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing SEM.
- Background in building the performance marketing function, including team, process, and tools.
- BA or BS degree preferred.
- Equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on doer and builder.
- Experience with financial/budget forecasting and ROI assessment/tracking.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- People management experience.
- Experience working in a cross-functional role/organization.
- Flexibility and comfort working with a remote team in a fast-paced, always-on, agency/start-up environment and schedule.
- Superb project and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining constant communication with the larger team and clients.
