Position Overview

As a Paid Media Manager, you'll drive traffic and revenue through strategic paid advertising across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns daily, managing audience targeting and budgets across multiple platforms.
• Troubleshoot tracking setup, manage product catalog feeds, and ensure pixel setup and maintenance.
• Analyze digital marketing traffic and acquisition efforts, sharing insights with internal teams.
• Utilize Multi-Touch Attribution platforms and incrementality testing for informed decision-making.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities and threats.
• Stay updated on creative trends and coordinate digital asset content requests.
• Write copy for paid advertisements.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in campaign structuring and implementing strategies across media channels.
• Technical expertise in tagging, pixel event implementations, and platform management.
• Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and associated tech stacks.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web-based analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience in the fashion industry preferred.
• Availability for extended and weekend hours.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Amazon Ads.
