Edelman Data & Intelligence (DxI) is seeking a Senior Associate with a focus on e-commerce planning and activation across retail media channels such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, Instacart, and more. The Senior Associate will be responsible for day-to-day management of the client’s eCommerce activities and ensure deliverables are presented on time and of high quality, and that all campaigns meet client objectives. A successful Senior Associate will have great attention to detail and be able to take ownership of the process (in partnership with their manager) of getting tasks completed to bring value to our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Execute campaigns across eCommerce platforms including campaign creation, forecasting, budgeting and pacing, testing, and optimization
• Implement daily and weekly optimizations to improve ROI/ROAS from digital media investments
• Ensure campaign performance is meeting client objectives and KPIs
• Produce and interpret high-quality performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis
• Support day-to-day communications with clients and/or senior leaders regarding eCommerce media
• Support providing inputs for strategic direction and media plans and goals; manage against goals with direction of their manager and team lead
• Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, platforms, and technology partners
• Monitor the latest trends in eCommerce and digital advertising to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other members within the digital and account teams
• Assist with assessments and recommendations for new business opportunities
• Understand other channels within Performance Marketing group, such as SEO, social, and programmatic to develop integrated strategies focused on client’s business outcomes

Basic Qualifications:
• At least 2 or more years of relevant experience directly activating eCommerce media campaigns
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven ability to manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously
• Hands-on-keyboard buying across at least one of these platforms: Amazon, Criteo, Instacart, Kroger, Walmart etc.
• Proficiency with industry-leading software and tools such as Pacvue, Skai, AMS, and other key 3rd party tools
• Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Solid communication skills to effectively present strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams
• Analytical ability to extract insight from data and plan the next steps
• Embraces curiosity to learn and evolve skillset within the team
• Understand how to positively contribute to team culture

$56,000 - $84,000 a year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
