"Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of Paid Media Channel Managers and Specialists, guiding them in the planning and execution of various media channels
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overarching campaign goals and objectives
- Maintain oversight of workflow efficiency, productivity, and quality control across all paid media deliverables
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in executing integrated marketing and / or paid media campaigns
- Proven track record of planning and executing media strategies for clients with multi-million-dollar annual budgets
- Proficiency in planning, overseeing, and evaluating performance across a minimum of three of the following channels : programmatic, connected TV, digital audio, social media, search engines, or direct media partnerships
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong aptitude for collaboration and cross-functional engagement
