Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Paid Ads Manager to join our Agency. The ideal candidate will be Google Ads certified with a history of optimizing campaigns over time for continued success, as well as strong experience in executing lead oriented social media advertising programs. As a Paid Ads Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the marketing objectives of our clients through strategic paid campaigns that increase their brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
In addition, given the ever changing landscape of digital marketing, this role will be asked to evaluate new strategies, tools and tactics as they become available and how they may benefit clients based on their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize, execute, and manage comprehensive paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Perform detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and segmentation to craft ad campaigns that reach the right audience effectively.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of paid advertising campaigns, using key metrics and data insights to optimize for maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Work closely with the creatives and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring that spending is aligned with campaign objectives and company goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the table.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members and departments to ensure campaign goals are aligned with broader marketing strategies and company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns, particularly with Google Ads and social media platforms. (Youtube and OTT/Streaming a plus)
- Google Ads Certified
- Strong analytical skills and experience with ad metrics and ROI analysis.
- Experience in developing targeted ad campaigns that engage, attract, and convert.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using ad management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
