HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
As a Senior Paid Media Analyst, you will be responsible for the paid media and paid search strategies, execution, and campaign optimization for select agency accounts. This position will involve collaboration with people across all media, strategy, and account services teams. You will significantly contribute to the direction and overall health of the accounts which you are involved in.
Launch and manage paid search, paid social, and programmatic (ie, Paid Media) campaigns across a variety of clients and verticals (including e-commerce, entertainment, mobile apps)
Perform campaign analysis and optimization to meet and exceed client KPI goals
Work with Client Strategy team to understand goals, address client needs, and develop media strategy
Think critically about clients’ business goals and recommend Paid Media initiatives to help achieve them
Provide input and guidance around campaign planning, including requirements for success and optimal use of Paid Media channels for each client
Participate in weekly calls with clients to share insights and campaign performance updates
Assist with content creation for client proposals and other sales materials
Attend meetings with media partners, represent Direct Agents at industry conferences, and look for new client growth opportunities
Social networks include, but not limited to, Facebook & Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn
Your campaigns won't be limited to search distribution alone; you'll extend your influence to channels like YouTube, GDN, Pmax, Discovery Ads, Apple Search Ads, UAC, Bing Ads, and emerging Google Ads Betas.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
2-3+ years of experience working with biddable paid media campaigns, preferably at an agency
Hands-on-keyboard understanding of paid search and paid social channels, as well as genuine interest in understanding other marketing channels
Comfortable handling raw data and identifying trends
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Having an expert understanding of customer acquisition and direct response online marketing a big plus
An entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and proven track record for taking initiative
A "big picture" perspective, but immediately willing to 'roll up your sleeves,’ and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management, detail oriented, and organizational skills
Expert understanding of customer acquisition and direct response online marketing is a plus!

Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 with reviews based on performance and opportunities for bonus compensation
