- Translate client business and marketing goals into effective paid media programs including paid search, programmatic and social media channels
- Create strategic campaign recommendations across creative and media efforts
- Develop, implement and optimize campaigns for assigned accounts
- Be accountable for the quality of day-to-day management including targeting, audiences, influencing creative, copy and UX strategies
- Communicate campaign performance and status to key stakeholders
- Create reporting framework, structure and MarTech & data integrations with Analytics team
- Develop reports that are insightful, actionable and improve ROI as clients scale
- Foster relationships with partners and cross-functional teams
- A lean-in and proactive personality that thrives on seeing results and success
- Proficient in Paid Media platforms, including social, search, programmatic
- A master at explaining performance to internal and client stakeholders, taking time to educate and provide actionable insights

- The curiosity and ambition to be a cross-channel SME
- Solid experience with some of the following: Google Ads / Bing Ads / SA360, Google Display Network, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Social Platforms, DSPs, DoubleVerify and other MarTech softwares
