This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in paid search, SEM, PPC, or paid social to contribute to the growth and success of our digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Paid Search and SEM:
Develop and implement effective paid search and SEM strategies to drive targeted traffic and achieve campaign objectives. Conduct keyword research, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure a competitive edge.

PPC Management:
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. Monitor budget allocation, bid strategy, and ad performance to meet and exceed KPIs. A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Paid Social Media:
Execute and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets to engage target audiences. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.

Data Analysis:
Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the success of digital marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing objectives. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in paid search, SEM, PPC, or paid social. Proficient in using tools like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
