Twelve Three Media is putting the marketing industry on notice, and we're on the hunt for a Media Supervisor who's ready to help us dominate. Reporting directly to the Media Director, you'll be at the heart of planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns that turn heads and blow minds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, buying, and optimization of media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and The Trade Desk.
• Develop and implement innovative media strategies to exceed client KPIs and drive ROI.
• Conduct regular check-ins with the Media Director to report on campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their media objectives are met while cultivating long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with creative, SEO, and social teams to ensure seamless integration of all media efforts.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights for campaign improvements.
• Budgeting and forecasting: Be the wizard behind the numbers, ensuring we make the most out of every dollar spent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in media planning and buying.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex media campaigns.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with media planning and analysis tools.
• Experience with successfully executing campaigns in all three stages of the sales funnel; awareness, consideration and direct response.
• Strong communication skills – you know how to talk the talk and walk the walk.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture.
• Ability to lead others in the department.
• Strong time management skills required.
