How can you add value?Set and implement social media and digital communication strategy and campaigns to align with marketing strategies.Understand the direct and indirect impact of social storytelling on brand perception and sentiment to be able to tie to metrics and a plan for improvement.Report on digital metrics and results from campaigns as well as analyzing and applying logic for next best action to optimize creative and/or mediaProvide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.Work with internal teams and outside agencies to build, acquire and put together supporting Social Media assets, such as images, video, etc. on accurate formats and specifications.Constantly crafting brand and programming content aligned with our brand and business objectives.Understand our video content assets and programming plans and fixed, mobile sales strategies and apply to the digital strategic plan.Responsible for development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy and plans including social media, email marketing and online advertisement campaigns through content and creative development for social, programmatic and web, paid digital media and organic growth ensuring their alignment with the brand and business objectivesImplement Paid search, PPC, SEO, and SEM strategies/campaigns.Responsible for building and optimizing digital campaigns: creative, copy, messaging through the right distribution, audiences, digital mediaCraft and drive the social talent strategy: On channel (branded social handles), as well as Off channel (influencers, employees, and leadership)Build, execute, and communicate social media and digital governance process to ensure brand safety, the adherence to social media policies and execute best practices, as well as build an agile process to acquire partner approval as/when needed for campaigns and content creation.Reach Key Performance Indicators such as conversion rates, cost per conversion, lead to close ratio, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend while maintaining within and maximizing digital media budget.Work with Customer Experience and Base Marketing to develop and implement digital tactics that drive customer satisfaction and help make customer experience effortless.Analyze and utilize insights from social media for recommendations for other areas of the business such as Care, Corp Comm, Sales, E-Comm and Marketing.Analyze online/digital metrics while finding opportunities to optimize performance and report insights to leadership.Develop a timely & relevant social media calendar.Raise brand awareness, positive engagement and product usage, upselling and cross-selling through all digital channels.Track return on investment effectiveness between production costs and media investment and results.Stay on top of new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader.Understand how to develop a strong editorial mix and multi-platform usage, where brand is presented to engage with users.Serve as a liaison between digital and creative agencies and Marketing, Digital Experience team, CARE, Retail Sales experience team, PR and Communications teams to support their business needs through social and digital initiatives and campaign management.Observe and report user engagement across all Social Media platforms, making sure that user concerns and questions are being addressed efficiently.Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America’s policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.Other functions may be assigned.What do you need?Education and/or Experience:B achelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.5-8 years’ experience in digital marketing fieldsHands on experience with social media management and digital media for brands.Minimum of 2 years of Google Ads account management experience requiredExperience with Google Apps, Ads and Analytics a plusKnowledge of SEO, online search mediums and social media and an understanding of how all of these channels work together with advertising is a plusValidated experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaign & content results and handling budget.Other Qualifications:Ability to analyze & interpret social and digital reports and metrics (including campaign performance and social engagement) and handle multiple social accounts.Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions and work in a fast paced environment.Bilingual (Spanish & English) with ability to communicate both orally and written.Experience with telecommunications or technology industries preferred.Fast learner and able to understand our products, services, offers and packages to be able to translate to digital tactics that generate upsell and call to actionAttention to
