The Role:
Digible, Inc. is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our team
The Paid Media Manager is responsible for leading, growing & retaining a team of 6-8 employees, innovating and improving process & strategy, and ensuring the personal growth of each team member.
Digible is expected to grow revenue to $40 million over the next 12 months, doubling account volume, size and team growth. The Paid Media Manager will have strong managerial & leadership skills, as well as a deep background in Paid Media. This role reports directly to the Director of Paid Media and works closely with the rest of Digible's leadership team.

What you'll do:
- Manage and oversee a team of 6-8 paid media strategist and analysts all focused on delivering the best-in-class paid media strategy to our clientele while focusing on performance and efficiency goals
- Hire, retain, and coach your team
- Stay up to date on industry trends for both multifamily and paid media
- Develop employee Onboarding & Training Curriculum (short/long term)
- Conduct employee 1-1s, weekly team meetings, quarterly planning & performance reviews and annual reviews
- Set minimum expectations and standards of excellence for your team
- Work alongside the Director of Paid Media to develop and execute annual business plans, including but not limited to SMART Goals, KPIs, PTE, Milestones, etc.
- Communicate system for accountability
- Develop team (sub) culture through collaborative process and trust

- Team efficiency (accts/fte & rev/fte)
- Team happiness scores
You should have:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing
- 2+ years of digital agency experience
- 1 Year management experience
- Multifamily/Senior Living/Student Housing Experience a strong plus

Pay, perks and such:
- Annual Salary of $83,000-$105,000
- 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
- WFA (Work From Anywhere) *This is a hybrid role in our Denver office, with remote flexibility*
