We're seeking a "ROCKSTAR" Paid Media Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit, who will thrive in the fast-paced, ever-changing wireless (tech) industry. Victra is Verizon's trusted business partner and largest premium retailer in the United States.

The Paid Media Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for the daily oversight of paid media campaigns to ensure we drive effectiveness, efficiency, and new ideas throughout our National and Local media plans. You will work with our agencies to maximize paid media investments while working with our internal team to create campaigns that are consistent with our marketing priorities. You will also stay at the forefront of a fast- changing media landscape; identify new media opportunities and ensure that we are applying these throughout all campaigns to help us drive foot traffic to stores.

This role is based in Raleigh, NC. We do offer a hybrid schedule In-Office M-W | At-Home T-F.

YOUR FOCUS (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):

Media Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop integrated media strategy for advertising campaigns working with agency partners (including Media Strategy/Planning/Buying, TV, CTV, Digital/Programmatic, Social, Search, OOH) to provide effective plans that meet our brand and campaign goals
  • Manage day-to-day campaigns including media optimizations, budget management, and performance monitoring
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure integration of Paid, Owned and Earned media
  • Ensure agencies develop comprehensive post campaign analysis and insights
  • Collaborate on the development of POVs for new media opportunities on an ongoing basis
  • Partner with other marketing team members to generate presentations on campaigns, results, & campaign roadmaps for senior leaders

Media Stewardship

  • Implement digital media best practices to achieve more targeted, "data-driven" advertising campaigns, especially through scaling programmatic advertising
  • Analyze and use the latest digital media trends, partners, and latest technologies, looking for new opportunities and applying them to our media strategies

Relationship Management

  • Manage day to day team projects, proof junior team member's work, manage timelines and deliverables for internal and cross functional teams
  • Responsible for coordinating and leading paid media internal & external meetings, including setting agenda and providing a clear meeting recap

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years' experience in digital media/advertising at an agency or other retailer.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, media math/terminology and basic analytical tools (MRI, R/Fs, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with all media channels (Programmatic | SEM | Search | Social) and integrated media planning
  • Vast knowledge in digital and social platform capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating paid media reports with actionable insights and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Skilled in M.S. Office. Specifically, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to discuss how those functions can or should be applied relative to the media planning process
  • Solution-oriented mindset with ability to simplify complex problems
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and with agency partners
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in B2B Marketing and/or eCommerce a plus
  • Supervisory/Managerial experience is a plus
