PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST (SEM/PPC FOCUS)

Being a startup, you will be PHUELED's first Paid Media Specialist with a focus in SEM/PPC marketing. You will be responsible for managing Partner accounts across Google Ads & YouTube with the opportunity to grow into Meta & TikTok. In order to succeed as a Paid Media Specialist at PHUELED, you will deliver year over year growth while simultaneously building confidence and trust with our Partners. You will work very closely with the two founders to formulate strategy and execute on tactics. As our first employee, you must be hard working, highly motivated, self-starting, and optimistic with a deep excitement for growth in your skillset and future aspirations to become a leader.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 1-2 years experience with Google Ads
  • 6-12+ months experience presenting directly to clients or managing directors about performance
  • 1+ years Microsoft Office or Google G Suite experience
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Strong communication skills
  • Google Ads Certification

PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED)

  • Meta Ads and TikTok Ads experience
  • Sales experience
  • Strong organization skills

DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES

  • Managing Google Ads campaigns for various Partner accounts
  • Conducting keyword research
  • Establish goals and objectives that relate to the Partner’s overarching goals
  • Create relevant and targeted campaigns
  • Draft ad copy
  • Set up conversion tracking for targeted metrics
  • Optimize ads for key metrics (performance, # of impressions, conversions, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and other metrics)
  • Create new campaigns to generate more sales
  • Consistent communication with Partners via Slack & Email (during work hours)
  • Prepare & present to Partners on weekly performance calls

SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 Annual
  • Bonus: 3-8% of annual salary (paid quarterly)
