We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be certified by Google in Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
Responsible for:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads. This will also include Meta and TikTok ads. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and set-up of all campaigns.
- Certification Maintenance: Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing and ensure continuous certification in Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for improved campaign performance.
- Ad Copy Creation: Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with marketing objectives.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Analytics Insights: Utilize Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide recommendations for improvements. Monthly and quarterly reporting will be required.
- Conversion Tracking: Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize performance.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors' strategies and industry trends to enhance our advertising strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Strategy: Develop forecasts and paid search strategies that align with marketing objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Google Certifications: Must be certified in Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
