We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be certified by Google in Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns

Responsible for:

  1. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads. This will also include Meta and TikTok ads. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and set-up of all campaigns.
  2. Certification Maintenance: Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing and ensure continuous certification in Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  3. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for improved campaign performance.
  4. Ad Copy Creation: Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with marketing objectives.
  5. Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  6. Analytics Insights: Utilize Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide recommendations for improvements. Monthly and quarterly reporting will be required.
  7. Conversion Tracking: Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager.
  8. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize performance.
  9. Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors' strategies and industry trends to enhance our advertising strategy.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  11. Strategy: Develop forecasts and paid search strategies that align with marketing objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Google Certifications: Must be certified in Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Soft Skills:

  1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the digital marketing landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
  3. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
  • Experience with TikTok promotions
