LeadCoverage is in search of an experienced Paid Media professional to own and drive paid campaigns across all major channels including Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, and more. You will be the ‘Paid Expert’ and will serve as a shared service across all teams and clients. The ability to manage multiple campaign strategies and multiple paid budgets will be crucial to the success of the position. We’ll need your creativity and expertise to ensure our clients’ budgets are invested well and show return.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Be the internal expert for Paid Media and SEO for our agency, taking responsibility for the success of paid digital marketing campaigns across all LeadCoverage clients
  • Set strategy and goals to drive in-bound leads for each client campaign in collaboration with the client Account Managers and optimize strategies for channel performance as necessary
  • Build the ad sets, manage the budgets, conduct keyword research and audience targeting and serve as the technical expert for Paid Search and Paid Social campaign management (LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook)
  • Be the internal SEO expert to help drive long term value for clients
  • Report to our Client Leads with relevant data interpretation, insights, KPIs and measurement in preparation for each client status meeting
  • Stay on top of industry trends in Paid Media and SEO and bring best practices and innovation into our organization

Some experience that might help with the job:

  • Certification with Google AdWords, Google Analytics and expertise with platforms such as Business Manager, Search Console, and other relevant technologies
  • Experience managing budgets and paid digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients/product lines simultaneously
  • Significant experience acting both autonomously and collaboratively to strategize, create and manage paid media campaigns
  • Expertise in building ads (search, display, programmatic, pre-roll), A/B testing keywords, targeting and segmentation, metrics and reporting
  • Agency experience preferred
