Description of the role:
As a Paid Social Manager at Snapshot, you will be instrumental in creating compelling paid social campaigns that resonate with our clients' target audience. Working closely with clients and account teams, you will plan, create, and optimize paid social campaigns across various social media platforms. Your responsibilities include monitoring ad placements, spending, and performance, troubleshooting issues, and leveraging social media analytics tools to gain valuable insights. Additionally, you will mentor and manage junior team members, providing continuous guidance and support. With your expertise in social media campaign management and analytics, you will assess campaign performance against key metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide strategic recommendations for client growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to stay updated with social media trends, drive impactful campaigns, and contribute to the success of our clients' digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate closely with clients and account teams to develop effective paid social marketing programs
- Plan, create, and optimize paid social campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Monitor ad placements, spending, and performance, identifying and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to analyze online data and provide valuable insights.
- Stay updated with social media trends, new technologies, and best practices for client strategy enhancement.
- Mentor and manage junior team members, providing ongoing feedback and support.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing campaign results and insights.
- Assess paid media analytics against KPIs using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Craft recommendations for clients highlighting growth opportunities.
Skills Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two to three years of digital media management experience.
- Proficiency in paid social campaign management across multiple platforms.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and ad platforms.
- Google Ads Search, Display, and Video Certified is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and eCommerce platforms is a bonus.
