This position can be based out of either our New York City or Columbus, OH headquarters. As this role is hybrid, expected days in-office are 2 days per week, typically Wednesday and Thursday.

Your Impact

As a Specialist of Paid Search Marketing, you will be responsible for hands-on management of paid search programs, campaigns, and day-to-day optimization. You will drive advancement in marketing capabilities, optimize customer engagement, and deliver effective results against key business objectives for the Victoria’s Secret and PINK brands.

  • Plan, execute, and analyze paid search programs and campaigns including text ads and shopping
  • Create search marketing plans supporting brand and customer marketing strategies
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budget and relationships with agencies, vendors, and publishers
  • Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative analytics
  • Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends, identify new and emerging search marketing opportunities, and influence innovation
