Introduction

Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Paid Media Project Coordinator position. This position is a contract opportunity which is expected to be Remote (with occasional meetings onsite) for a duration of 4 Months in New York, NY.

The Media Coordinator will:

• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, supporting new products supported by a proven large-scale media property
• Partner with Paid Media teams to develop new solutions and/or improve existing processes to unlock efficiencies
• Develop and communicate timelines for low and high complexity projects
• Maintain the upkeep of cross-team trackers and provide regular audit support for creative delivery
• Onboard new Paid Media team members on project management tools and host education sessions surrounding new features

Details:

Required:

• 2 years of work experience in digital marketing, project management, creative operations or similar roles.
• Experience managing projects across multiple teams and demonstrated success in getting things done in complex environments.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Ex: Airtable, JIRA)
• Familiarity with direct to consumer marketing (entertainment marketing a plus)
• Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things do

Education:

Bachelors, or equivalent work experience
