Responsibilities
- Conduct research on audiences, placements, and platforms for paid social strategies.
- Collaborate with team members on research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts.
- Build and launch paid social campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Prepare performance reports, analyze campaign data, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Support team members on non-social paid media initiatives when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or performance media channels.
- Strong knowledge of social media channels and best practices.
- Experience in paid social media, preferably in B2B.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience building digital campaigns and understanding customer acquisition funnels.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
