Marketing Specialist - Organic & Paid Social Media

Senior Marketing Manager

Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting and executing organic and paid social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness and acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in social media, the ability to think creatively and make data-informed optimizations.

This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and is critical in supporting and fueling the growth and positive reputation of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Support agencies handling organic (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest) and paid (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc.) social media with end to end strategy and execution across all channels
  • Manage organic and paid media campaigns that are run in-house
  • Propose and review creative for each channel
  • Maintain and elevate cohesive cross-medium messaging
  • Ad hoc filming as needed
  • Track budgets & performance across all channels and propose optimizations
  • Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Ad hoc high-priority initiatives for Marketing & Sales

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Motivated and intelligent self-starter
  • Thorough and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
  • Experience with social media
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excel or Sheets experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,500.00 per year
