Job Summary

In this position, you'll oversee the work and quality control of the client advertising team. This includes personal involvement and team management of tasks in a variety of platforms including Google ads (PPC), Bing ads (PPC), Facebook ads, YouTube ads, and more. Responsibilities will vary based on client and team needs. The Client Advertising Manager is a proactive, self-starter, with an eye for project organization and process efficiency as well as maintaining team accountability and morale. This position reports directly to the Director of Advertising.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Client Success on strategies for revenue growth and retention
  • Maintain a high level of team client retention
  • Identify, track, and encourage team upsell opportunities
  • Hold team members accountable to team goals, client growth, and retention
  • Communicate regularly with team members to maintain morale, comradery, training, and honest work time.
  • Ensure proper training and onboarding of new strategists
  • Develop and maintain concise process efficiencies and training materials
  • Communicate with clients as needed via email, phone, and video conferencing
  • Ensure client budgets are spent on a monthly basis
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work, plan and put together monthly reports on results and progress of the team.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices, techniques, and standards and educate the team.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain a positive attitude and bring value to our company culture

Key Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of digital advertising management experience
  • Subject matter expert of all digital advertising channels (including social media, PPC, LSA, Display, and Youtube)
  • Effective communication skills with multiple departments involved in the client's marketing campaign
  • Identify internal process improvements for ads management, and collaborate with Director on findings and implementation
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to figure things out & research solutions to problems on your own
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to team members, clients, and supervisor
  • Computer skills (excel/google sheets a plus)

Physical/Mental Requirements for the Job:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting
  • May be requested to work overtime and weekends if deemed necessary
  • Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds
  • Certain management positions might be required to occasional travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
