AdOutreach is hiring for a remote client-facing Paid Ads & Media Buying Coach to join the Client Success team. The ideal candidate is a fast-learning team player experienced in paid advertising and performance marketing, who genuinely wants to help clients be successful with YouTube ads by teaching them how to build and optimize their campaigns. The Paid Ads & Media Buying Coach will guide clients through our proven program of YouTube and video advertising while providing industry-best coaching.
The Paid Ads & Media Buying Coach works collaboratively on a team to onboard, set expectations, and retain clients through one-on-one and group calls with clients. They work with clients at a high level and must be experienced in Google Ads in order to qualify for the position. Most importantly, our Ads Coach ensures that our clients get the maximum benefit from our program and continue to use it long-term.

The role is 100% remote, but you must be available to work during “normal business hours” regardless of your time zone (approximately 9 am to 5 pm Central Time). In addition, you may be required to travel for important company events and retreats (mainly in the Austin, TX area).
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct ads-related coaching calls (including but not limited to setup calls, optimization, ad clinics, and deep dives)
- Creating dynamic, engaging, up-to-date video training materials for clients
- Assign and answer support tickets from clients promptly
- Contribute to client-facing and internal knowledge bases
- Contribute thought leadership by testing and leveraging new strategies
- Identify opportunities for client upgrades & renewals
- Assisting with client retention & reactivation campaigns
- Completing internal projects and research to improve our processes and inform our client recommendations
- Conduct testimonial & client experience interviews as needed
- Conduct onboarding or strategy calls with clients as needed
- Collaborate with the internal media buying team on regular account reviews of AdOutreach’s internal ad accounts
- Observing third-party training for any applicable insights
- Keep up to date on the latest Google Ads Strategies, feature updates, and policies
Requirements:
- Ability to self-motivate and identify opportunities for enhancing processes and campaigns
- Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities
- Previous experience with online advertising (Google and Facebook)
- Proven experience analyzing data. You’ll need to enjoy numbers, analytics, and ROI conversations
- Quick learner who can learn from others and contribute your knowledge to an existing knowledge base
- Ability to think on your feet in challenging situations
- A commitment to high standards, excellence, team, and our clients
- Strong understanding of how to communicate with and teach clients about the latest digital ad tactics and results.
