What success looks like in this role:

  • Develop long- and short-term SEO strategies for maximum impact.
  • Research and report relevant search engine keywords and trends.
  • Lead a combination of on-page and off-page techniques, including link-building, metadata sculpting, site speed optimization, and on-site information architecture.
  • Stay on top of SEO best practices and marketing trends.
  • Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social, programmatic, and other industry-standard platforms.
  • Implement strategies to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with agency partners to ensure seamless execution and achievement of KPIs, including managing the invoice and PO process.
  • Possess a deep understanding of omnichannel paid media strategies on a global scale.
  • Experience managing budgets, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns in real time.
  • Bring innovative ways to reach target audiences leveraging various media channels.
  • Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, communications/PR, web publishing, and social, to align search and paid media efforts with overall marketing goals.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing search engine optimization and paid media campaigns in enterprise tech companies.
  • Expertise in paid media channels, including paid search, social, programmatic, and other industry-standard platforms.
  • Experience with keyword research tools, such as SEMrush.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of website analytics measurement methodology and measurement platforms, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) to optimize websites.
  • Strong analytical, results-driven mindset.
  • Expert knowledge of SEO & SEM.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
