What success looks like in this role:
- Develop long- and short-term SEO strategies for maximum impact.
- Research and report relevant search engine keywords and trends.
- Lead a combination of on-page and off-page techniques, including link-building, metadata sculpting, site speed optimization, and on-site information architecture.
- Stay on top of SEO best practices and marketing trends.
- Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social, programmatic, and other industry-standard platforms.
- Implement strategies to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with agency partners to ensure seamless execution and achievement of KPIs, including managing the invoice and PO process.
- Possess a deep understanding of omnichannel paid media strategies on a global scale.
- Experience managing budgets, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns in real time.
- Bring innovative ways to reach target audiences leveraging various media channels.
- Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, communications/PR, web publishing, and social, to align search and paid media efforts with overall marketing goals.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing search engine optimization and paid media campaigns in enterprise tech companies.
- Expertise in paid media channels, including paid search, social, programmatic, and other industry-standard platforms.
- Experience with keyword research tools, such as SEMrush.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of website analytics measurement methodology and measurement platforms, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) to optimize websites.
- Strong analytical, results-driven mindset.
- Expert knowledge of SEO & SEM.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
