Planet Technology is looking for a dynamic, high performing Digital Media Manager with experience in digital media specifically managing media planning and buying across the entire digital ecosystem from publishers to OTT/video platforms to social platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for behavior change, a history of successfully managing integrated marketing campaigns, and has operational, project management and technical expertise across all media channels.
Day-To-Day Activities:
- Lead channel planning leveraging TelMar R/F to inform channel budget allocations;
- Critically consider audience size and research insights when building and recommending media plans;
- Updating best practices, staying up to date on new channels and ad opportunities;
- Maintain up-to-date targeting strategies and tactics by vertical, incorporating channel or policy changes whenever necessary;
- Leads implementation and campaign operations;
- Works closely with the Media Team on campaign execution, verifying deliverables and providing strategic guidance;
- Assist with the creative development process for new ads and campaigns;
- Work closely with internal and external teams to successfully execute cross channel media campaigns;
- Traffic all creative updates, and verify that creative refreshes are executed correctly;
- Manage the ongoing relationship, beta opportunities and relevant channel insights with partner reps;
- Work with media partners on placement implementation and reporting;
- Provide timely reports on campaign progress to internal and client teams;
- Manage campaign budget delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree +3 years relevant experience OR 7 years relevant experience OR Master's Degree +1 years relevant experience;
- Experience managing Ad Platforms;
- Experience working cross-functionally across the digital media ecosystem including websites, paid media, mobile, etc.;
- Experience developing and executing paid digital media plans;
- Experience working directly with publishers trafficking creative and troubleshooting campaigns;
- Proven ability to work with multiple teams (creative, web, client service) in the production of a final work product;
- Strong verbal communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships, and communicate with clients on delicate matters;
- Strong editing/writing skills for various client reports, marketing materials, etc.;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to details;
- Experience in project management, account management, or program management;
- Experience in a marketing and/or advertising company or department;
- Experience working in a deadline-driven environment;
- Proven comfort with numbers to perform basic financial tasks;
- Proven ability to operate effectively in teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Non-tobacco use is highly preferred because we only have tobacco-free environments and also to be consistent with our tobacco prevention campaign goals;
- Experience with public health efforts;
- Experience working with project management tools (Teamwork, Basecamp, Zoho, etc.);
- Experience working with media management tools (AdWords, DCM, Innovid, Vindico, etc.);
- Experience analyzing paid media research and metrics (Simmons, Nielsen, Scarborough);
- Experience managing sub-contractors and third-party vendors to execute media and campaign activities;
- Proven ability to quickly identify and solve problems;
- Ability to operate independently and manage projects from inception to completion;
- Exercise judgment and discretion in maintaining confidential and sensitive information;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Highly motivated, energetic self-starter who can remain focused.

Salary Range: $80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification: Brand Marketing & Management, Digital Marketing & Social Media
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
