"Job Description

Aequor is seeking a Paid Media Contractor to join the Marketing team You will be responsible for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms to generate qualified leads for recruiters in the Healthcare space.

Role responsibilities:

• Manages budgets and executes paid media campaigns, including tracking of campaigns from start to finish
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to help develop project strategy, campaign requirements, timelines, content, and creative
• Analyze campaign performance and participate in development of campaign reports and present performance and recommendations to teams
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are consistently in alignment with messaging, targeting, and brand guidelines

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience working on paid search and paid social campaigns; certification or used Google Ads is a must
• Agency experience preferred
• Recent experience Google Analytic 4
• Solid decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of the importance of data to drive decision making
• Working knowledge of Hubspot or similar Marketing Automation tools a plus
• Ability to work effectively across functions and teams while providing exceptional attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
