JOB TITLE: Paid Media Specialist

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and achieve specific marketing objectives. You will analyze data, optimize campaigns, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the best possible return on investment (ROI) for AriZona.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, display and social advertising strategies across both B2B and B2C business.
- Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing and Creative teams to define advertising goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies tailored to specific platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, Amazon Marketplace).
- Campaign Setup and Management:
- Create and set up ad campaigns, ad groups, and ad creatives.
- Perform keyword research and audience targeting to reach the right audience.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust settings as needed to optimize results.
- Ad Creative Development:
- Collaborate with design, creative/graphics and content teams to create compelling ad creatives.
- Write ad copy that aligns with campaign goals and resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure ad creatives comply with platform guidelines and best practices.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Regularly analyze campaign data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Adjust bidding strategies, targeting options, and ad creatives to improve campaign performance.
- A/B test ad variations to determine the most effective approaches.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Generate and share regular reports on campaign performance with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid advertising efforts with broader marketing strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong track record of achieving ROI goals.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- D2C eCommerce marketing experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is an indoor, climate-controlled office environment comprised of cubicles, walled offices, and group conference rooms. The noise level in the office environment is typically low. There are no hazards and no protective devices worn or used in the office work environment. Minimal travel is required.
